About the Accommodation

Looking out on "Ole King Square," Hobbs House was built in 1926 by Frank Hobbs, a local entrepreneur. Renovated in 2010, it is now available as a tourist rental. It is only two blocks from the center of Downtown Charlottetown but is situated in a residential neighborhood. Ideal for couples or small families who want to be close to where things happen, yet quiet and residential at the same time. Includes free parking behind Hobbs House.

The apartment is on the lower level of a designated Heritage Home. Completely renovated in 2010, it is now available as a tourist rental. This large apartment is cozy and overlooks a quiet park. Bedrooms have lined curtains and comfortable beds. The kitchen is outfitted with an array of small kitchen appliances (coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso, toaster), dishwasher, cookware, dishes. The washer and dryer are for your use. An iron and ironing board are also provided. We provide basics: clean linens, towels, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, basic cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. The upper level is also available for tourist rental, renting the other unit may be available if you are traveling with friends.

This unit is on the main level. There are two parking spots behind the apartment for your use. There is another rental on the upper level so there may be other cars in the spaces. Keep other guests in mind and keep noise levels respectable. I live nearby, please contact me if you need me! Edit
