About the Accommodation

Percy Hill is a beautifully restored century-old farmhouse, located in the southeastern region of Prince Edward Island. The very private 700-acre property features gentle rolling hills and forest. There is an organic vineyard to the south, a small forest to the north, and a very large backyard. Built on the top of one of the highest spots on PEI Percy's offers one of the most spectacular views on the Island. On a clear day, you can see Northumberland Strait and the long coast of Nova Scotia. Make yourself at home and take advantage of the generous interiors. The home has all wooden floors and is decorated with Island-made furniture, antiques, and original paintings. While having all the charms of Country living, Percy's has all the conveniences of a luxury home. Percy Hill is near Murray River, a charming fishing village. Beaches of preference are Northumberland Park, Panmure Island, and Poverty Beach. Please ask about visiting Percy Hill with pets.
